WHAT IS CSP ?

Bank CSP (Customer Service Point) Agents are those individuals who acts as an agent of the bank at places where it is not possible to open branch of the bank. The Kiosk Banking Business Correspondent (BC) model aims to provide real time, user friendly financial services to the consumers in their neighbourhood.

Further, we would like to highlight below changes in commercial and process. We would be going live soon with all the services.

 

AEPS

  • 0.30% of the transaction amount, Max to Rs.9 (Exc. GST)

 

Incentive Slabs

  • Target 1 Cr in a month

    • 0.33% of the transaction amount, Max to Rs.10 (Exc. GST)
  • Target 3 Cr in a month

    • 0.36% of the transaction amount, Max to Rs.11 (Exc. GST)

Customer Charge:

  • 1.2% of the transaction amount for Non-KYC senders
  • 1% if the transaction amount is more than 9999 (for KYC Senders only)

Commission:

  • 65% of the service charge. 65% includes GST component.

Process

 

  • The DMT amount plus Customer Fee will be debited from Agent’ wallet balance for each transaction
  • Agent’s/Distributor share in the form of commission will be credited back into his wallet balance on a daily basis.
  • Service charge will be inclusive of GST@18%. GST component will be paid out in Agent’s wallet balance, once we receive his invoice after the month end proof of his payment against the same in GST portal.
  • TDS deduction @ 5% will be applicable on the commission amount.
